EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us.

If the products you receive are defective, Fitness First Hong Kong will accept exchange of products within 14 days of purchase. Customers can contact us to apply for the exchange of products by e-mail: enquiry@fitnessfirst.com.hk or calling 3106 3000 between 09:00-18:00 Mon-Fri.

RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We are sorry if you have received items that are incorrect, faulty or in a damaged condition:

Step 1: Please contact us immediately and state your order number.

Step 2: To exchange products, please come in person to the front desk of any Fitness First Hong Kong centre, within 14 days of purchase.

General Return ConditionsFor a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

– The product(s) must be unused.
– The product(s) must be in original state and packaging.

REFUNDS

Step 1: Please contact us immediately and state your order number.

Step 2: Bring in the items to be checked for condition (damage/wrong item/wrong quantity) at any Fitness First centre.

Step 3: After confirmation of refund application, customer will be informed of refund to credit card.

REMARKS

We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the grounds of damage to its condition or appearance. Original packaging and the original receipt must be kept for an exchange to be accepted. We do not currently offer exchanges through shop.fitnessfirst.com.hk. You can return your product and reorder via our webstore. Please note, only one return request can be made per order. If you wish to return multiple items from your order, the items will need to be returned together.
